              Most people make conscious efforts to improve their physical health but rarely think about how to improve their mental health.

 Just like you use a healthy diet and exercise to stay fit, you can use it to make your brain work faster, focus, have a stronger memory and be more intelligent by making a few simple changes in your daily life.

 So here are some suggestions on how to look or get an appointment for acne treatment.

Learning a language other than one's mother tongue improves mental health and has a positive effect on intelligence. According to a 2014 study published in the medical journal Journal of Neurology, learning another language is a challenge for the brain to recognize, but doing so increases brain function. Learning any foreign language increases the size of your brain's hippocampus (the part of the brain where memories are formed and stored).

Water is not only good for physical health but it is also important for a smart mind. According to a study, 80% of the human brain is made up of water, so for mental clarity and alertness, one has to drink adequate amount of water throughout the day. Dehydration causes loss of consciousness. Along with water, watermelon, tomato, spinach and cucumber should also be used.

According to a study, the human brain is also like muscles that need work to keep fit. Games and puzzles give your brain a workout and help keep it fast. These brain games stimulate mental activity, thinking and memory.

  •  Brush your teeth with your right hand:




If you use your right hand more, use your left hand to brush your teeth. According to scientific research, the brain has two parts, the right and the left, of which the left hand works for the right hand and the left hand for the left hand. So if you use your weak arm as an exercise, your brain parts will improve and grow significantly, thus reducing the chances of a decrease in brain functions as you age.
